At ZADA DNA TEST, we provide DNA testing services with the highest level of accuracy, using the latest advancements in genetic identification systems. Our services extend throughout the Middle East, with our main base in Iraq, supported by our international partners. Our management team and customer service are backed by direct support from our partners abroad, and we bring extensive experience in assisting customers with their DNA testing inquiries.

 

How to Perform the DNA Test:

The DNA test is conducted by collecting a tissue sample from the inside of the mouth, specifically from the inner cheeks. Using the swab (cotton brush) provided in the test kit, gently rub each cheek 10 to 15 times. After collecting the sample, place the swab into the provided tube.

The sample will be sent to our private laboratory, and the results will be available within 30 to 45 days. The type of results you receive will depend on the test requested by the sample provider, such as paternity/maternity testing, ancestry, familial relationships, genetic diseases, and more.

How to Use:

 You can collect your swab samples at our center, branches, or with the assistance of our mobile teams, who will come to you. The process is easy and guided by our trained staff.

 

Your Personal Reference Number:

 You will be provided with a personal reference number, which is crucial for all future communications. Please ensure you mention this number in any correspondence, whether by phone or when visiting our center or branches. This will help us avoid any delays in responding to your inquiries or requests.

We strongly advise that you conduct the sample collection at our center, one of our branches, or with the help of our mobile teams. This ensures that your samples are delivered directly to our offices and certified by our company. Alternatively, you may send the samples to us by express mail, as previously discussed. However, please note that we cannot take responsibility for any samples unless they are delivered to our offices or representatives. Therefore, we highly recommend using express or tracked mail if you are mailing your samples. Whenever possible, we suggest delivering them in person to our main center or branches, so we can track your samples and information more efficiently.

Once your samples are received at our office or representative office, we will immediately notify you via phone call, email, or SMS, and the testing process will begin. The samples will then be sent to our main laboratory in the United States for processing.

 


Processing Time:

Please note that the processing time for your DNA test results begins once the samples are received at our laboratory. Results typically take 4 to 6 weeks.

 

Enclosed with this kit are instructions on how to collect your DNA sample using a mouth swab or spit collection method, if needed. Our technicians and specialists, located at our center and affiliated branches, are available to assist with this process. Additionally, certain tests related to establishing paternity or maternity may be subject to terms and conditions as well as government regulations in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
